Portable Home Sleep Test (HST) designed to be conducted in the comfort of your own home. Neither clinical or physical features examination are sufficient for diagnosing Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Polysomnography or HST are required for the diagnosis. The Gold standard sensor set has the same technology recommended by American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) for in-lab studies.

The Level 3 Ambulatory HST is conducted with Phillips Respironics Alice Night One. It is intended for diagnostic device for single patient use in the home environment and re-use in a hospital/institutional environment. The setup includes:

3 external sensors:

  1. zRIP DuraBelt effort sensor

  2. Pressure-based flow signal

  3. Pulse oximeter

7 channels:

  1. Thoracic effort

  2. Body position

  3. Flow

  4. Snoring

  5. SpO2

  6. Pulse Rate

  7. Plethysmograph
